Jessica is one of the best product designers and design leaders I'ver worked with! She is a strong team and culture builder who is able to build a strong team culture and build a supportive, warm, and open environment for her team. She is very strong good at executive-level communication, getting clarification, and giving direction or feedback to team members and helping them make smoother progress. She is able to set and execute the group strategy without too much oversight from the executive team. Her “can-do” attitude has bought her the trust as a company-level partner and garnered the respect across the organization.

Jessica is one of my faves! She is an incredibly thoughtful and talented product designer, and is someone I can always count on to bring human-centered thinking to her design initiatives. Aside from her strong professional maturity and presence, one of the qualities that our team loves most about Jess is how dependable, detailed and thorough she is with her craft and her strategic thinking. She’s a star!

Jessica was the second designer on my team and Jet's 81st employee.
She was instrumental in Jet's growth. In just 2 years, she lead the design of our responsive web platform…set the design direction for our Android App, which won "Best App of 2015" on Google's play store; established our design operations practice and yet again, lead a full cross-platform re-design that will be launched later this year.
Her love for the design craft allows her to move comfortably from ideation to execution in the highest level of detail, which is something not all designers can do.
Walmart's $3.3b acquisition was in part because of the types of challenges we solved in such a short time (in which Jessica played a major role).
No need to recommend her. If you meet her, you'll be immediately delighted.
